What is your Refund Policy?

We ask our customers to please choose our products carefully as we don't give refunds. Although we will gladly exchange most items.

Our Guarentee to you. If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received you may return them for exchange within 7 days of when you originally received your order. If you choose the wrong size or colour or style, you may return the product for exchange. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. With this in mind, we request that all customers payclose attention to the washing instructions. You may only return unworn, unwashed & items free of damage.

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All music/cd/dvd sales are final. All customised products are final.
Tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled. You will receive a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued for the following cases:

1. An ordered item that may be out of stock
2. A Lost shipment (Except where purchaser supplies incorrect details)
3. Damaged goods - Note: Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned for inspection by the rushn network.
4. All returned items are to be sent to our Address (?)

Please allow between 2-4 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Please include a note with your name and order number as well as details of the item you would like to make the exchange for.
