When did you start DJ'ing?
Received my first set of decks for Christmas ’03 and have been mixing pretty much ever since.
Why did you start DJ'ing?
The main reason I started is because my parents kept bugging me to get a hobby. I had recently gotten into the rave scene and had a new found love for hardcore so it all seemed like a great idea. Over time my love for the music grew and it turned into my passion
What style do you play?
Gabber / Hardcore / Darkcore / Industrial
Do you listen to any other styles of music?
I spend most of my time listening to hardcore, but I also love Hip-Hop, especially the Aussie stuff. Listen to a bit of Rock, Metal, Drum & Bass, Techno and I love the oldies!
First gig, how was it (describe in detail)
First gig was Blacklisted 5, ’06. I played solo for half an hour, it was extremely nerve-racking and the fact that it was on boat didn’t help my queasiness at all, but I absolutely loved it. I had so much fun and I was really happy with how it went.
What is your favourite track to work up the crowd?
I have too many favourite tracks, but Ophidian – Butterfly always goes off.

Ophidian, hands down. He is ridiculously talented and his tracks are just amazing.
Also love DJ Promo, Nosferatu, The Outside Agency, Petrochemical,
Armageddon Project, Endymion, Hamunaptra, D-Passion & Tymon + Many
more.
Highlight of your DJ'ing career?
My first set at Blacklisted is definitely one that I’ll never forget.
Reactor – System Critical is also up there because I got to perform at the same party as Ophidian & Endymion, two of my favourite artists. That was an unbelievable night.
Hardest thing to over come when you were starting off?
I really struggled with the basic concept of mixing at the start,
for ages I had no idea what I was doing, but luckily one day it all
just seemed to click.
Who is your inspiration?
Anyone with passion for hardcore is inspiration to me.
Special mention goes to my close friends who continue to support me 100%.
What do you love about performing?
I love everything about it, from the feeling I get when I step on stage and play to a crowd who appreciates the style of music I play, to the way I feel when I play my favourite tracks on a massive system, to the way I feel when I see people going off to my sets.
Being able to play, support and promote the music I love is the best feeling.
What are your goals as an artist?
A couple of my main goals are to get signed and release my own record. I’d also love to collaborate with my favourite artists to write tracks and of course play overseas!
Short term goals are to continue playing out to gain experience and find my niche.

The most important advice that anyone can give is to never give up.
